We regard breakfast as an important part of your stay. Top-quality ingredients are used, homemade and locally produced wherever possible.

We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs with notice. Vegetarian options are always available.

            Traditional Breakfast
                    (bacon, sausage, egg, tomato, mushrooms, black pudding, fried bread)

          Welsh Breakfast

          (bacon, Glamorgan sausages, laverbread cakes, tomato, mushrooms)

         Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon

        American pancakes

          (with maple syrup or blueberry sauce)

                                

         Toast with homemade jam and marmalade

           Cafetière of coffee or a choice of teas

If you intend to spend the day on the hills, we’ll be happy to fill your flask with tea or coffee free of charge.
