• Ty Tal B&B is situated a short distance from the town centre with road-side parking adjacent to the property. Private parking is available to the rear, a short walk away
• The accommodation comprises three bedrooms on the ground, first and second floors
• Access to the front door is via one step. The small hallway leads directly to the guest lounge on the ground floor
• The ground floor bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The bath has safety handles
• The other two bedrooms are accessed via narrow stairs with a single handrail and have shower rooms
• The dining room is on the lower ground floor; access is via a narrow staircase with double handrails
• Specific requirements can be discussed with the proprietors who will be willing to provide assistance where possible.
