Crickhowell
Crickhowell is a small picturesque town situated in the Brecon Beacons National Park at the southern end of the Black Mountains and in the valley of the river Usk.
The mountains provide a wonderful resource for the many activities that take place in the area. The region is a haven for walkers, cyclists, horse-riders, canoeists, cavers and many more pursuits.
For the less energetic, the scenery offers great wildlife and photographic opportunities.
Crickhowell itself is well-known for its individual shops and good food establishments. It is the perfect location for a short break or as a base for a longer exploration of the National Park.
